At Wexford Massage Therapy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A cancellation fee of €25 will charged if 24hr advance notice is not given.
Arriving late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however I will do my best to satisfy the scheduled time.
Please arrive 10 min early on your first visit to fill out a GDPR consent and medical history form.
I Share office space with 3 other physios. If you are booking on line, I will do my utmost to ensure I have adjusted my schedule to when treatment rooms are available. Should a conflict arise I will notify you as soon as possible to find a time that is convenient to you. If you have any queries about this please contact me directly on 087 774 4568.
When you refer 3 friends or family you get your next massage half price. They must mention your name when booking their massage.
