Service Description

Bowen Therapy is a very gentle and relaxing myofascial release technique that involves small rolling movements over certain body structures, then periods of rest for several minutes before continuing the rolling movements and rest again. The movements and the rest combined affect the body's nervous system which cause a deep relaxation. Bowen can be used for many different conditions including back/neck pain, chronic pain, digestive issues, ear ache, TMJ, migraines, fibromyalgia, menstrual and hormonal issues, respiratory problems, hip/knee/ankle/foot issues, RSI, carpal tunnel and tennis elbow. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation within 48hrs of scheduled appointment time or no-shows. I understand sometimes cancellations are unavoidable but late cancellations cause me to lose a significant portion of my salary for the week. Pre-payment may be required for future sessions. Thank you for your understanding.
