I work with three full sets of hot stones: ✨ Two sets of specialty ceramic Synergy Stones ✨ One traditional set of Basalt stones The gentle heat from the stones melts through the top layers of muscle, increases circulation, and allows me to work deeper into areas of tension without discomfort. Using a blend of warm stones and my hands, I release muscle spasms, ease tightness, and restore balance throughout the body.
